There is a lot to love about this ham recipe. It’s easy, pretty hands-off, the meat is moist and tender, and the flavor of the brown sugar and mustard is amazing.

Another great thing is that you can make it ahead of time if you’d like, and then pop it in the oven before dinner time. This can make the Easter dinner rush a lot less stressful!

2. Instant Pot Whole Chicken

Speaking of easy, it doesn’t get much easier than this! A whole chicken cooked in the instant pot is a nutritious and filling meal for all, it’s super quick to make, easy to stuff, and the meat is tender and juicy.

This particular recipe has the chicken seasoned with a fantastic lemon pepper herb dry rub.

Ok, here’s another easy recipe that your family will love. It’s all done in one pot so the cleanup is super fast and all of the flavors go together perfectly.

5. Shepherd’s Pie

Shepherd’s pie may not be your traditional go-to Easter dinner recipe, but if you’re looking for something simple and satisfying, why not? You can use whichever type of meat you’d like for this (lamb, beef, chicken, etc.) and then add potatoes and veggies for a full meal!

If you’re going with a chicken, turkey, lamb, or ham, you’ve got to have some potatoes on the side! And you can’t go wrong with these roasted potatoes. They’re buttery, crispy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. These are also amazing when cooked in the air fryer!

This isn’t the most healthy potato dish around, but boy is it tasty. These potatoes are cheesy, crispy, and oh so good. And hey, there’s really no better time than the holidays to have a special dish like this!

8. Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Ok, if you’re going for healthy and simple, these air fryer baked potatoes are perfect. They’re probably the best baked potatoes you’ll ever try. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Can you tell how much we like potatoes? I know a lot of people prefer a simple mashed potato dish, so here you go. These buttermilk mashed potatoes are easy to make in the slow cooker, and they’re perfectly creamy and flavorful.

10. Lemon Herb Potato Salad

Don’t worry, this is the last potato dish! This red potato salad is definitely one of my favorites. It’s simple to make, quite healthy, and super flavorful with a lemon and herb dressing.

11. Grilled Lemon Garlic Asparagus

For a simple side dish, you can’t go wrong with grilled lemon garlic asparagus. The bit of parmesan on top adds a great touch, and this dish can be paired with almost anything.

12. Garlic Buttered Broccoli

If you don’t like asparagus, here’s another green veggie that you can try instead! This is a steamed broccoli recipe with a garlic butter sauce, and an optional touch of chopped cashews. Very tasty and healthy.

These slow cooker carrots are great because they’re quick to prep, and then they just need to spend some time in the slow cooker. Carrots are a great Easter-themed dish as well.
