Another great thing is that you can make it ahead of time if you’d like, and then pop it in the oven before dinner time. This can make the Easter dinner rush a lot less stressful!

Speaking of easy, it doesn’t get much easier than this! A whole chicken cooked in the instant pot is a nutritious and filling meal for all, it’s super quick to make, easy to stuff, and the meat is tender and juicy.

Can you tell how much we like potatoes? I know a lot of people prefer a simple mashed potato dish, so here you go. These buttermilk mashed potatoes are easy to make in the slow cooker, and they’re perfectly creamy and flavorful.

Don’t worry, this is the last potato dish! This red potato salad is definitely one of my favorites. It’s simple to make, quite healthy, and super flavorful with a lemon and herb dressing.

For a simple side dish, you can’t go wrong with grilled lemon garlic asparagus. The bit of parmesan on top adds a great touch, and this dish can be paired with almost anything.

If you don’t like asparagus, here’s another green veggie that you can try instead! This is a steamed broccoli recipe with a garlic butter sauce, and an optional touch of chopped cashews. Very tasty and healthy.
