- Apple cider vinegar
- Lemon juice (or lime juice)
- Brown sugar
- Dried basil
- Dried oregano
- Sea salt

Step 1: Prep the tortillas and air fryer
Using a pizza cutter cut the tortillas into forths and then lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
Step 2: Cook chips
After the air fryer has been sprayed, layer the tortilla chips inside the air fryer basket. It’s okay if they overlap slightly.
Then, air fry the tortillas at 330 degrees F or 166 degrees C for 6-8 minutes, turning chips halfway through cooking, or until they reach your desired crispiness.
Peach Mango Salsa Instructions
Step 1: Blanch tomatoes and prep
Remove the peels from the tomatoes by dropping them into boiling water for about a minute and then running them under cold water. The peels should come off easily.
Step 2: Chop the ingredients
After you have the tomatoes cooled down, peel and chop the tomatoes, peaches, mango and add to a medium-sized bowl.
Then, chop the red bell pepper, the onions, Jalapeno, garlic, and the cilantro and add to the bowl.
Step 3: Combine everything
In a separate small bowl, combine the tomato paste with the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, basil, oregano, and salt.
Stir well and then add to the larger bowl. Mix again and serve.
