Tomatoes contain high amounts of vitamins A, C, and K. They also contain significant amounts of vitamins B6, folate, and thiamine. On top of that, they are also a good source of minerals like potassium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, and copper. But, all that aside, they’re just good.
