  • Onions, chopped (Red onion or white onion works great!)

  • Jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • Cloves garlic, minced
  • Tomato paste
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Lemon juice (or lime juice)
  • Brown sugar
  • Dried basil
  • Dried oregano
  • Sea salt

After the air fryer has been sprayed, layer the tortilla chips inside the air fryer basket. It’s okay if they overlap slightly.

Then, air fry the tortillas at 330 degrees F or 166 degrees C for 6-8 minutes, turning chips halfway through cooking, or until they reach your desired crispiness.

Peach Mango Salsa Instructions

Step 1: Blanch tomatoes and prep

Remove the peels from the tomatoes by dropping them into boiling water for about a minute and then running them under cold water. The peels should come off easily.

Step 2: Chop the ingredients

After you have the tomatoes cooled down, peel and chop the tomatoes, peaches, mango and add to a medium-sized bowl.
