Step 1: Mix the oats and milk
In an air fryer-safe bowl, combine 1/2 cup oats with 1/2-3/4 cup of milk, and 1- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice (depending on the size of your bowl, you want to make sure the oats are slightly covered by milk) and stir everything together. Let sit for 10 minutes (however, these are not overnight oats).
Step 2: Add the flavor
Layer on top of the oatmeal lemon zest, blueberries (maybe about a half cup blueberries), and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
Step 3: Bake oatmeal
Once you have the oat mixture set, place the baking dish in the air fryer basket and fry the at 300 degrees F or 149 degrees C for 12 minutes. Carefully remove the oatmeal, let cool slightly and enjoy!
