Now you can enjoy your favorite Korean delicacy with this Air Fryer Bibimbap recipe! It is such a flavorful recipe that will leave your tastebuds reeling.
I love when I can make an entree that I would normally get at a restaurant at home and have it taste just as great and at a fraction of the price.
Plus, this is also easier to make at home, rather than trying to load all the kids in the car just to get a tasty meal at a small fortune.

You can also change up the vegetables or add more!
How to make Air Fryer Bibimbap:
Step 1: Prepare chicken
Cut the chicken into small cubes. Then, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the chicken to the mixing bowl, stir it all together and cover it, and let marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
Step 2: Cook rice
Prepare your favorite rice. I prefer white rice with this recipe but choose yours and cook it according to the directions on the package or you can follow our air fryer rice recipe.
Step 3: Prepare sprouts and spinach
Boil water in a large pot. Once the water is boiling, add the bean sprouts and boil for 2 minutes. During the last 30 seconds, add the spinach to the water.
Drain the water and run cold water over the spinach and sprouts. Then, squeeze the beans and spinach into paper towels to remove any excess water.
Step 4: Prepare the veggies
Chop the zucchini into bite-size pieces. Peel and chop the carrots into bite-size pieces. And then preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
Step 5: Cook veggies and chicken
Add the veggies and chicken to the air fryer. Air fry for 10-15 minutes at 380 degrees F or 193 degrees C, or until the chicken comes up to the correct internal temperature (165 degrees F or 74 degrees C) and the veggies are roasted to your liking.
Spray with additional oil if you want it more roasted. Be sure to rotate and flip the contents halfway through cooking.
Step 6: Finishing touches
During the last couple of minutes of cooking, add the beans and spinach to help dry it out.
Place the contents from the air fryer in a bowl with the rice. Add the bibimbap sauce. Mix it all together and enjoy!
