What to Buy in May

Here are some items you will want to buy in May. Look out for sales, especially in the second half of the month. Save by buying produce in season AND in bulk. Take advantage of Memorial Day sales. Consider gifting some of these items for Graduations, Weddings, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, and buying them this month.

If you’re planning to replace your mattress but don’t urgently need to, wait for Memorial Day sales. Stores usually offer deep discounts on mattresses. You might also find great deals on bedding at this time.

Veggies and Fruits in Season

Artichokes, asparagus, zucchini, strawberries, and pineapple are just some of the produce that are plentiful – and cheaper – at this time of year. Go here to check every now and then which ones are in season. Add more of these to your meal plans, or preserve them for future use.
