30 Clean Eating Instant Pot Recipes!

Eat cleaner and quicker with the Instant Pot!

With the new year upon us, many of us are looking at ways to get fitter and feel healthier. The first step to this is better eating of course and eating clean just makes you feel better, plain and simple?

What is clean eating? Clean eating, simply put, is eating whole foods as close to their natural state. That means minimally processed food or handled food. Of course, almost everything we have these days is somewhat processed because we heat it up, or puree it, etc. Even your all fruit and vegetable smoothie is processed because you have chopped and pureed it. However, it’s still not as processed as say a store bought breakfast bar. The goal is to stay minimally processed.

If you didn’t know already, I LOVE the Instant Pot. This little tool has improved my quality of life… because quite frankly, I’m not a good planner! As an added bonus, I am able to cook my family healthy meals in just minutes! Quicker than it would take me to load everyone up and head to a fast food restaurant!

So I decided to round up 30 of my favorite clean eating Instant Pot recipes to help get my family back on track to healthy eating after all of the holiday meals and decided to share what I found! Check them out below…

  • Thank you for putting this list together! I recently found out that I am very sensitive to gluten, milk, and peanuts (along with a whole bunch of other things that only cause mild reactions) so it is wonderful to have this list of good (and safe for me) recipes to use in my new Instant Pot.

I also REALLY appreciate that you included a photo of each dish because I’m a very visual person. Endless lists of recipes – with names only – make my eyes blur. LOL

  • This is an awesome list. I am definitely going to bookmark it.
