The marinade used for this is very versatile and delicious.

Is there a benefit to using fresh herbs?

Is there a need to use fresh rosemary instead of dried rosemary? Well, essentially they will do the same thing, flavor your juicy pork chop.

However, generally speaking, fresh herbs will always provide a better, more aromatic, and pungent flavor.

So, if you have the opportunity to use fresh herbs, it is a better option, but either will work.

How to turn this into marinated pork chops

If you want to turn this rub into an easy marinade for the pork chops with little prep time, you can add 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, a teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and the fresh rosemary.

Place the mixture in a large plastic bag with the pork chops and place them in the fridge for at least 1 hour before you bake the pork chops.
