Step 1: Air fry eggs

When you are ready to Air fry eggs place them in the air fryer basket.

I like to batch-cook my eggs. Such as, I air fry 7 eggs together, and use one to open up and see the insides alright, then decide if I need to add more time or not.

Step 2: Cook the eggs

Air fry the eggs at 270 degrees F or 132 degrees C for 14-15 for a hard yolk center, 12-13 minutes for jammy like center, and 10-11 minutes for a runny/soft yolk.

Step 3: Ice bath

Once the eggs are done cooking, immediately place the cooked eggs into an ice bath for at least 10 minutes to stop the cooking process.

Step 4: Prepare bread

While the eggs are cooling down, pick your favorite bread choice and then cook it to your liking.

Step 5: Assemble the sandwich

Assemble the sandwich by spreading on a little butter (optional) then add the avocado, eggs, and tomatoes if you like them, and sprinkle a little salt over top and enjoy!
