As a busy mom, I love, love, love my Instant Pot! Every morning I have these grand ideas about making delicious, home-cooked meals for my family. Then suddenly it’s 5 pm and I haven’t gotten anything started, or even thawed the meat!
Now I can take chicken straight from the freezer, throw it in the Instant Pot and let it do it’s magic! 60-90 minutes later, we have a yummy dinner on the table! Being able to do this with my Instant Pot has saved me from ordering takeout more times than I can count.
