How to Make Frozen Fish Sticks:

Step 1: Prepare the Air Fryer

Begin by lining the air fryer with parchment paper and then line the fish sticks in the air fryer spacing them out and making sure not to overlap the fish sticks so they will still cook evenly.

Depending on how many people are eating you might have to make the fish stick in batches.

Step 2: Make the Fish Sticks

Once you have the fish sticks lined up in the air fryer, spray the tops of them with nonstick cooking spray.

Then place the basket in the air fryer and cook the fish sticks at 400F or 204C and cook them for 10-12 minutes.

Half of way through the cooking time carefully open the basket and flip the fish sticks and spray them again with the nonstick cooking spray then return the air fryer basket to the air fryer and let the fish sticks continue to cook.
