- Salmon fillet
- Handfuls of spinach (or baby spinach)
- Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- Softened butter
- Minced garlic
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Black pepper

How to make this Air Fryer Salmon, Spinach, and Beans:
Step 1: Preheat the air fryer
First, begin by preheating the air fryer for 3 minutes at 400 degrees F or 204 degrees C.
Step 2: Create filet seasoning
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, and lemon juice until well combined. You can also add salt and pepper as you please.
Step 3: Prepare salmon
After grabbing the salmon from the refrigerator, pat the salmon dry and then season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Add the sides
Place an air fryer parchment paper liner in the air fryer basket. Place one salmon fillet on one side of the basket. Add two handfuls of spinach to the other half of the air fryer basket. Place half of the beans onto the spinach.
Place about half of the butter mixture on top of the salmon and over the spinach and beans.
Do your best to brush the butter over the salmon but it’s okay if it’s a little clumpy.
Step 5: Air fry salmon
Once everything is in the air fryer, air fry the salmon at 380 degrees F or 193 degrees C for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to 145F.
By putting the beans in another air fryer parchment paper liner, you can remove the spinach and beans earlier if they are done to your liking.
You can use a meat thermometer or instant-read thermometer to check the temperature easily.
Repeat with the other half of the ingredients in a separate parchment paper.

- 2 Salmon fillet
- 4 handfuls Spinach or baby spinach
- 1 can Cannelli beans rinsed and drained
- 6 tbsp Butter softened
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1-2 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 400 °F.
- Mix together the butter, garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Pat the salmon dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place an air fryer parchment paper liner in the air fryer basket. Place one salmon fillet on one side of the basket. Add two handfuls of spinach on the other half of the air fryer basket. Place half of the beans onto the spinach.
- Place about half of the butter mixture on top of the salmon and over the spinach and beans. Do your best to brush the butter over the salmon but its okay if its a little clumpy.
