How to Make Air Fryer Pancake Bites:
Step 1: Make up the batter
First mix together 2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt in a large mixing bowl.
Once you have that done, add 1 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup butter, 2 tsp vanilla, and 1 egg to the dry ingredients.
Then, whisk everything together until the batter is nice and smooth. However, it is okay if it is slightly lumpy.
Step 2: Pour the pancake batter
Once the batter is made up, lightly spray the silicone muffin liners with oil.
Then fill the liners with 1/8 cup of the pancake mix.
After filling the liners, place them into the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Step 3: Cook the pancake bites
When the liners are all set in the air fryer basket, place the basket in the air fryer and air fry at the pancake bites at 330 degrees F or 166 degrees C for 6-8 minutes.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the remaining batter until it is all gone.
Enjoy your pancake bites and place any leftovers in the fridge for a quick and easy snack or breakfast for 3-5 days.
