Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls – Cheesecake Factory Copycat Recipe
Today’s air fryer recipe has become one of our family’s go-to dinner recipes. I love making these cheeseburger egg rolls in the air fryer because I only need 5 ingredients and it is so easy to make! Plus, these egg rolls taste just like the ones you would get at the Cheesecake Factory! This recipe is simply delicious, and I know you will love it too!
Ingredients
This recipe was featured in this YouTube video where I share four 5-ingredient recipes. You are going to love this recipe, as well as the other ones I shared in the video because it is so simple (such as this tasty potato chip chicken)! And, chances are, you already have most of the ingredients on hand!
For the cheeseburger egg rolls, the ingredients you will need are:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 slices of American cheese
- 10-12 Spring roll wrappers
Okay, so technically there are 6-ingredients here, but you’ll only use 5 of them for the inside of the egg roll.
How to Prepare
This recipe is very easy to throw together! First you will need to brown the meat on the stovetop. Drain any excess grease, then add the onions, pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, and American cheese. Stir until everything is melted and blended together.
Yep! That is all you need to do to prepare the inside of the egg rolls! So easy- I love it!
How to Fold Egg Roll Wrappers
Once the inside of the egg roll is ready, it is time to assemble your cheeseburger egg rolls. To successfully do this:
First, scoop approximately a third of a cup of the mixture onto center of the spring roll wrapper.
Second, Spread out the mixture to form a small rectangle that stops about an inch and a half away from the left and right edges.
Third, using a brush, apply the egg wash across the top of wrapper.
Fourth, fold over the left and right sides of the wrapper and then roll from the bottom towards the top, allowing the egg wash to seal the roll.
How to Cook Egg Rolls in the Air Fryer
Once the egg rolls are assembled, place the seam-side down inside the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with oil and cook at 380˚F/190˚C for 5-8 minutes or until lightly browned, flipping half way through cooking.
Special and Delicious Dipping Sauce
You will love these cheeseburger egg rolls with this dipping sauce. For the dipping sauce, you will need:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- A splash or two red wine vinegar
- A pinch of garlic powder
- A pinch of onion powder
Simply mix all the ingredients together until well combined. You can easily throw this dipping sauce together while the egg rolls are cooking. Once finished, let the egg rolls cool slightly and then enjoy with this tasty sauce!
Final Thoughts
I love how simple this recipe is, and so will you! Anytime I am in pinch or feeling uninspired on what to make for dinner, I make this recipe! It is a hit! It is perfect for feeding just a couple members of my family and then enjoying leftovers later, or sharing it with everyone!

This is a new favorite of my family. My daughter doesn’t like “crunchy” items in her food so I split the batch and used pickle relish juice and onion granules in her batch. The flavor was wonderful and I love that next time I can double the batch and freeze some to use next time.
Great idea to freeze it for later! So glad your family loved it, Lyn! Thanks for sharing!
Are the minced onions called for in this recipe fresh onions that have been minced or the dried minced onions?
Fresh! But if you need to used the dried ones, you can. Enjoy!
I made these today as my husband and son love The Cheesecake Factory and air fryer egg rolls. This recipe combined both loves! These were delicious and so easy to make. The dipping sauce was perfect. Thanks for a great recipe! I’ve added it to my frequently made recipes.
Thanks for the review, Jo-Ellen. We are so happy to hear that you loved the recipe!
I’m so glad you love them, Jo-Ellen!
These were so easy to make. The ground beef mixture by itself was tasty. I did use local to me burger seasoning to give the ground beef some extra flavor. I have bookmarked this to make over and over again.
Hey Jamie, thanks for letting us know that you liked this so much! We love using local finds to incorporate into recipes. Take care.
