How to make this Air Fryer Veggie Bake:

Step 1: Prepare the veggies

Begin by washing and chopping the veggies into bite-size pieces.

Note that for the broccoli florets, after washing and chopping, place in a small bowl and add a little water. Microwave for 2 minutes to slightly cook. This will make it so the broccoli doesn’t dry out while air frying.

Step 2: First air fry

Once you have the vegetables all prepared, spray the veggies with your olive oil sprayer and then air fry at 380 degrees F or 193 degrees C for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Prepare the veggie seasoning

While the vegetables are cooking, toss together 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, and Herbes de Provence spices or Italian seasoning to taste.
