For the broccoli, after washing and chopping, place in a small bowl and add a little water. Microwave for 2 minutes to slightly cook. This will make it so the broccoli doesn’t dry out while air frying.
Spray the veggies with oil.
Air fry at 380 °F for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, and herbes de provenece or italian seasoning to taste.
Then in a seperate bowl, mix together tomato sauce with salt, pepper, and basil.
Sprinkle on the parmesan mixture, then add the tomato mixture.
Air fry at 380 °F for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese to taste.
Air fry at 380 °F for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted to liking
