I love the time of year when I can cook and eat outside more often because of the warm weather. It is a lot easier for me to have neighbors and friends over when we can all eat outside too! So I love making easy, but impressively delicious BBQ recipes – whether it is a weeknight family favorite, dinner party or BBQ, or a special summer holiday.
This amazing juicy burgers recipe is one of my favorite recipes to whip up while I have friends over. These burgers are nice and easy to make and taste so much better than frozen patties. Rave reviews from everyone! The flavor is awesome, the patties are nice and big, and they cook up perfectly.
Ingredients
There are only 4 ingredients need to make these delicious, juicy burger patties. The great flavor and juiciness of the burger patties come from the Lipton Onion Soup Mix and Best Foods Real Mayonnaise! Good ingredients are the secret to juicy burgers.
Grilled Burger Tips
- I like to divide the meat and shape it into patties on a piece of plastic wrap because it just seems easier to transfer to a pan or whatever and keeps my counter a little less messy.
- Another tip is to try to handle the meat as little as possible and to keep it cold right up until grilling.
- Use the back of a spoon or your thumb to make a slight indentation on the top center of each patty. The indentation helps keep the patty from bulging in the center while cooking.

Best Juicy Burger Recipe Ever
Ingredients
- ½ cup Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
- 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
- 8 hamburger buns
Instructions
- COMBINE Mayonnaise, bread crumbs and Soup Mix in bowl.
- MIX mayonnaise mixture into ground beef; don't overwork the meat. Shape into 8 equal patties.
- GRILL over medium high heat for about 8 minutes, turning once, or until done. Serve burgers on buns.
- Top with sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, or any other of your favorite fixings!
- BARBECUE TIP: For a delicious creamy barbecue sauce topping, combine 1/4 cup BBQ sauce with 1/2 cup Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise. Spoon on burgers and enjoy!
Air Fryer Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer at 400°F/200°C for 5 minutes.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 380°F/193°C for 4 minutes.
- Flip the patties and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F/71.1°C
