Kielbasa Veggie Dinner in the Air Fryer
Air Fryer Kielbasa Veggie Dinner
Need a quick and easy dinner tonight? You will love this kielbasa veggie dinner in your air fryer. This dinner can be prepared in under 30 minutes. Not only is it easy to prepare, but it also tastes so good too with the fresh summery flavors.
What is Kielbasa?
This recipe is fun because of the turkey kielbasa. Turkey kielbasa isn’t something I normally get, but it adds so much flavor to this dinner. Turkey kielbasa is a sausage, but it’s so much better than your traditional sausage or hot dog because it has a great flavor and far less fat.
You will also need these ingredients for this recipe:
- 14 ounces turkey kielbasa, cut on the diagonal into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1/2-1 pound asparagus, trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 ounces grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 orange bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
You are going to love the fresh flavors from the vegetables. The seasonings also add a very delicious flavor to the meal!
How to Make Kielbasa Veggie Dinner in the Air Fryer
You only need 30 minutes to make this tasty and fresh meal! First, cut and prepare the asparagus, peppers, kielbasa, and tomatoes. Then, combine the asparagus, peppers, and kielbasa in a bowl. Stir in about a 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil to help the vegetables crisp up in the air fryer.
Next, prepare the spices by blending the sea salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder together. Then, add the seasoning mixture into the asparagus, peppers, and kielbasa mixture.
How to Cook Air Fryer Kielbasa Veggie Dinner
Once the kielbasa and veggies are prepared, pour the mixture in the air fryer basket. You don’t need to spray your air fryer basket since the kielbasa and veggies already have oil on them.
Next, cook the meal for 12 minutes at 380°F/193°C, stirring half way through cooking. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes more if desired.
Final Thoughts
This recipe is best served fresh and hot! Enjoy this meal on a busy summer evening. You will love this recipe because it won’t heat up your house like the oven would and you still get all the fresh summer flavors!

Absolutely delicious! I used 1/2 the sausage and added mushrooms. This recipe is a keeper!
Thank you!
Delicious! I will have to give those adaptations a try myself! Thanks, Kathy!
I made this and accidentally put the tomatoes in at the beginning with everything else. Which actually was a good idea. They became all sweet and caramelly. This dish was so absolutely amazing! It is a keeper and will be on my frequent rotation list. Thank you for this recipe!!
Yay! So glad you loved it, Allison! Thanks for your comment and review!
Do you think small creamer potatoes would work in this? I used to love making kielbasa & potatoes when I could stand at the stove. I found some IP recipient, but didn’t like the texture.
In case you’re interested, my recipe was some yellow potatoes cooked until almost done, & I would fry the kielbasa slices along with plenty of onions & garlic (& thre2 in some baby Bella mushrooms if I had them) I used about a teaspoon of paprika, salt, pepper, & a pinch of red pepper flakes. I once scaled it up & made it in 2 pots for 8 people
HI Jeff — my that sounds absolutely delicious. Anyone would be lucky to get an invite to your place! I do think those potatoes would work. Just check them for the level of “done” you want them — they may take a few minutes longer than the rest, so be prepared to take everything out and return the potatoes for extra time. or start with them cut in half. Sounds goood! let us know the results?
