Ingredients 

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 cans of drained green beans
  • 2/3 cup French fried onions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and soy sauce. Mix together.
  2. Add in the green beans. Stir together.
  3. Add in the French fried onions. Mix until combined.
  4. Place the beans in an air fryer safe dish such as a cake barrel, cake pan, or silicon pot.
  5. Cook at 350˚F/175˚C for 10 minutes.
  6. Top with a few more onions and cook for about 2-3 minutes more.

If you don’t have a lot of squash lovers in your family, then make this adorable acorn squash in the air fryer instead of a large air fryer butternut squash. The squash lovers will adore this one!

Air Fryer Acorn Squash

Ingredients 

  • 1 acorn squash, halved and insides removed
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature

Instructions

  1. Cut the squash in half, remove the seeds, and score the insides.
  2. Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a small bowl.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and half of the brown sugar mixture to each half of the squash. Rub this all over the flesh of the squash.
  4. Air fry at 370˚F/187˚C for 20-25 minutes or until squash reaches desired tenderness.

We don’t eat Brussel sprouts often, but when we do, you can bet that we are making this tasty and fabulous bacon and maple syrup Brussel sprouts in the air fryer! I love to make this recipe because the bacon and maple syrup add such a fantastic flavor and because it is so easy in the air fryer!
