- Red potatoes
- BBQ seasoning

BBQ sauce or BBQ seasoning?
This recipe calls for BBQ seasoning as in a dry rub seasoning, however, if you do not have the BBQ marinade, you can use BBQ sauce insteaad.
However, it will alter the nutrition information as most BBQ sauce have more sugar or calories than the BBQ seasoning does.

How to make this Air Fryer BBQ Chicken and Veggies:
Step 1: Cut the potatoes
Prepare the potatoes by washing and drying the potatoes. Then, cube the potatoes into bite-size pieces.
Step 2: Cook the potatoes
After the potatoes have been prepped, place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Then, lightly spray the potatoes with oil until they are all covered.
Then, season the potatoes with the BBQ seasoning, to your taste and turn the air fryer on for 8 minutes at 380 degrees F or 193 degrees C.
Step 3: Prepare chicken
Meanwhile, pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Then, cube the chicken into bite size pieces.
Then, spray the chicken with oil and season it with BBQ seasoning, to taste.
Step 4: Cook the chicken
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket alongside the potatoes.
After adding the chicken to the air fryer, turn it on at 380 degrees F or 193 degrees for 8 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees F or 74 degrees C for the internal temp and the potatoes are tender to your liking.
Then carefully remove them from the air fryer and enjoy.
