Tasty and Easy 3-ingredient Air Fryer Bagels
3-ingredient Air Fryer Bagels
These air fryer bagels are extremely easy to make, not to mention so tasty too. They are another reason why I love using my air fryer to cook. Check out my air fryer review to get all the reasons why I love my air fryer.
15-minute fresh bagels in the air fryer make a perfect morning breakfast- all you need to do is whip these guys up and then spread on some some cream cheese. You can also enjoy these as an afternoon snack.
All you need for these air fryer bagels is 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 cup of flour, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Add some salt to taste- about 1/4 teaspoon. These bagels do have a more bread consistency than a dense bagel consistency, but I still think it is such a fun and new way to use your air fryer. Plus, you can top them with just about anything. The options are endless! Peanut butter, butter, cream cheeses, use as bread for your favorite breakfast or lunch sandwich.
While forming the bagels, have extra flour handy for your hands as it can be a little sticky. I couldn’t seem to get that smooth look of a bagel though, even trying to smooth it with moistened fingers. But they are still yummy & look appetizing anyways!
Final Thoughts
These air fryer bagels are best served immediately and I felt they did not heat up well the next day in the microwave. They tend to have a stronger greek yogurt smell to them the next day after being in a ziploc overnight. However, they were SO GOOD warm right out of the air fryer. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have! Let me know what you think of these Air Fryer bagels!

Why do you list baking soda for the self rising flour? All recipes I’ve used before call for baking powder. Thanks, love your recipes!
Good catch Mary! It’s a typo on our part! 🙂 I have it fixed now!
not sure what went wrong, but the dough was entirely too wet/sticky to form into anything, even after adding flour to my hands. i ended up just trying to make 4 blobs since it was too wet/sticky to even form a hole in the middle. air fried at 300 for 5 minutes, went to turn over, and they were still too wet to even turn over so i gave up 🙁
Hi Amber, I’m sorry this recipe didn’t work out for you. I’ve noticed adding more flour to any recipe that is wet usually helps.
