  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 3 green onions, chopped

How to Make Stuffed Peppers in the Air Fryer

Once you know that you have all the ingredients you need, first start by browning the meat. When the meat is fully cooked, drain any excess grease and add the taco seasoning. Then add the rice, onions, beans, corn, and cheese and stir it all together.

Next, prepare the peppers by cutting off the top of the peppers. Then cut the peppers in half lengthwise. Clean out the peppers and then stuff them with the ground beef mixture.

Place up to 6 peppers in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 350°F/177°C. Sprinkle any remaining cheese on top of the peppers and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and the peppers are tender. Repeat for the remaining peppers.
