If you’ve been a couponer for any length of time, chances are you have an excess of pasta in your stockpile. Here is a delish sauce to pair with it!
*WARNING* If one of your resolutions this year was to eat healthier, walk away from this recipe right now. You’ve been warned!
- ½ cup Butter
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 cups Milk
- 6 ounces Parmesan Cheese
- ⅛ teaspoon Pepper
Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with a whisk until smooth.
Add milk slowly. Stir in Parmesan cheese and pepper. Remove from heat when the sauce reaches desired consistency.
The sauce will thicken. If needed, thin with milk.
Toss with pasta!
