Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 onion grated
3 eggs
2 potatoes, grated
4 carrots, grated
3/4 cup milk
Sauce:
2 cans of cream of chicken
2 cans of cream of mushroom
1 can evaporated milk

For 6 FAMILIES:
12 lbs ground beef
4 Tbls. salt
2 Tbls. pepper
3 onion grated
18 eggs
12 potatoes, grated
24 carrots, grated
4 1/2 cups milk
Sauce:
12 cans of cream of chicken
12 cans of cream of mushroom
6 can evaporated milk
TO PREPARE:
Combine Meatball ingredients and form into balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 20 min. Mix sauce; add cooked meatballs. If freezing see directions below. Otherwise, place in a 13×9 dish and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over rice or noodles.
Freezing Directions: Pour sauce over cooked meatballs in a freezer bag. You may want to include a package of rice or noodles with this meal.
