Delicious, Fast, and Easy Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry
McCormick recently launched a new product called McCormick Skillet Sauces. A super quick and easy way to make your home-cooked meals even more delicious. Simply pour your favorite sauce into a pan with your choice of meat and vegetables, cook for 15 minutes, and voila you have a delicious meal!
The McCormick sauces are all made from high quality all natural spices and herbs and come in 7 varieties from Smoky Applewood BBQ to Sesame Stir-Fry. Best of all, they’re all pretty cheap. Keep an eye out for coupons and sales, and you will be able to snag some for even cheaper!
My favorite thing about this healthy chicken stir-fry recipe is that I can have it done in less than 30 minutes! All you need in addition to the McCormick Skillet Sauce is chicken, about 4 cups chopped stir-fry veggies of your choice, cooking oil, and cooked rice.
McCormick Chicken Stir-Fry Ingredients
I used red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, matchstick carrots, and broccoli florets, and I served the stir-fry with Jasmine rice. A colorful and tasty combination!
Some other great veggie options to choose from would be bok choy, celery, snow peas, baby corn, frozen shelled edamame, mushrooms, onions, or water chestnuts. (See how to easily cut DIY carrot matchsticks or julienne)
Cooking the McCormick Chicken Stir-Fry
It only takes 15 minutes to cook and the instructions are super easy. This McCormick stir-fry is awesome, it tastes fresh and flavorful. I think the sauce is really quite good! Looking at these pictures is making me hungry!

All in all, this is a really easy recipe that you can cook up in less than 30-minutes, and it tastes great! The McCormick skillet sauce is very flavorful, and with all the vegetables this stir-fry is quite healthy! What more could you ask for?

Easy & Healthy McCormick Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry Skillet Sauce
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cups cut-up stir-fry vegetables
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet on high heat. Add chicken, cook and stir 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables; cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 minutes or until tender-crisp and chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in Sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute or until heated through. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
