This recipe is one of my favorites! It is a simple, easy, and delicious air fryer recipe. If you use an entire cake box, it will make 8 to 9 ramekins, depending on the size of your ramekins. So, you can cook the entire recipe in batches. Or you can split the ingredients in half or in thirds and enjoy the rest of it at a future time!

Supplies:
- Air fryer
- Ramekins
- Large mixing bowl
- Oil sprayer
FAQ for Air Fryer Mini Peach Cobblers
How to add more flavor to the peach cobbler:
You can finish these delicious cakes off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh peaches or canned peaches, topped with some chopped pecans or walnuts.
Or to turn it into more of a crisp, sprinkle on some butter, cinnamon, and brown and brown sugar crumble for even more delicious flavor.
But, you can also keep it super simple with just a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and you are set to enjoy!
Do you keep the peaches and pairs in slices?
Since you are using a smaller baking dish, you will want to chop of the pairs and peaches, rather than having sliced peaches and pairs. That way you can get a better cake-to-fruit ratio.
How to store fruit base cakes:
For the best results, place the cakes, covered with foil in the fridge once they have cooled to room temperature for up to 4 days. This will make sure that the fruit does not dry out before you get a chance to enjoy them all.
How do I know if my cobbler is cooked?
Because this cobbler has a cake base, you will know if it is fully cooked if:
- You insert a toothpick into the cake and it comes out clean OR
- You insert an instant read food thermometer into the cake and it reads 200 degrees F or 93.3 degrees C.

How to Make Mini Peach Cobblers in the Air Fryer
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Make the cake box mix in a bowl as directed on the cake mix box, including the ingredients it asks for on the packaging.
Then, drain the peaches and pears completely from the can. If your cans of peaches and pears are not already diced, dice the fruit into bite sized chunks
Step 2: Prepare the ramekins
Spray the ramekins with a little bit of oil. This will make it so the cake doesn’t cook onto the ramekin.
Then, add about a ¼ cup of the cake mixture to the bottom of the ramekin. Add in a full layer of the peaches and pears. Then top with cake mix, anywhere from a ¼ to ⅓ cup. On my ramekins there is a little rivet and I did not let the cake mix pass this.
Step 3. Cover with foil
Cover each ramekin tightly with foil.
Pro Tip: Spray the bottom of the tinfoil with PAM or oil from your oil sprayer as well. The cake grows while it cooks and may stick to the tinfoil if you don’t spray it.
Step 4: Air fry
Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 320 degrees F or 160 degrees C. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 320 degrees F or 160 degrees C until the cake is cooked and near 200 degrees F or 93.3 degrees C with an instant read thermometer.
Let the cakes sit in the warm air fryer for an additional 5 or so minutes or until the cake is fully cooked.
Step 5. Enjoy
Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer basket and enjoy. You may want to let it cool a little bit before enjoying it because it will still be hot.
Serving Suggestions
If your cake has any blemishes from removing the foil, you can cover it up with powdered sugar or whipped cream.
Or, even if your cake doesn’t have blemishes, you can still enjoy the cake with whipped cream, powdered sugar, or even your favorite vanilla ice cream! Top it with caramel syrup, brown sugar sprinkles, and more diced peaches and you have a tasty summer treat!
Final Thoughts
This air fryer peach and pear cobbler cake is so tasty! Enjoy this recipe on warm summer nights or bundled up by the fireplace during winter. It is heartwarming and delectable!
