1boxyellow cake mix (15.25 oz)plus the ingredients you need to make the cake. Typically these ingredients are eggs, oil, and water
2-3canspeaches and pearsI did one can of pears and two cans peaches
Instructions
Make the cake box mix in a bowl as directed on the cake mix box.
Then, drain the peaches and pears completely from the can. If your cans of peaches and pears are not already diced, dice the fruit into bite sized chunks.
Spray the ramekins with a little bit of oil. This will make it so the cake doesn't cook onto the ramekin.
Then, add about a ¼ cup of the cake mix to the bottom of the ramekin. Add in a full layer of the peaches and pears. Then top with cake mix, anywhere from a ¼ to ⅓ cup. On my ramekins there is a little rivet and I did not let the cake mix pass this.
Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes at 320 °F.
Cover each ramekin tightly with foil. Cook for an additional 10 minutes at 320 °F until the cake is cooked and near 200 °F with an instant read thermometer.(Pro Tip: Spray the bottom of the tinfoil with PAM or oil from your oil sprayer as well. The cake grows while it cooks and may stick to the tinfoil if you don't spray it.)
Let the cakes sit in the warm air fryer for an additional 5 or so minutes or until the cake is fully cooked. (Reached 200 °F internal temp or comes out clean with a toothpick).
Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer basket and enjoy. You may want to let it cool a little bit before enjoying it because it will still be hot.
If your cake has any blemishes from removing the foil, you can cover it up with powder sugar or whipped cream. Or, you could just enjoy the cake with whipped cream or even your favorite vanilla ice cream!
Notes
Total cooking time is based on 1 batch of mini peach cobbler cake.
