How to Make Air Fryer Homemade Hamburgers:
Step 1: Make up the hamburger meat
Start by combining the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper to your liking in a large mixing bowl.
Mix it all together until the seasonings are fully combined into the ground beef.
Step 2: Make the beef patties
After the hamburger meat is made up, take the beef mixture and make up 3-4 hamburger patties depending on how big you want them to be.
Then, preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Cook the homemade hamburgers
Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees F or 193 degrees C for 4-8 minutes. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the patties.
It will be finished when the internal temperature of the patties reaches 160 degrees F or 71 degrees C. You can use an instant read thermometer to tell the doneness of the burgers easily.

Recipe is so quick and easy! Resulted in juicy delicious burgers. Much faster than a grill. Just make sure not to overmix the seasons in the burgers too much. It makes the meat tough. I love my burgers with red onion, lots of tomatoes, and mustard! Love my air fryer!
Thanks, Kathy. I’m subbed to your channel on YouTube and have your cookbook and magnetic cheat sheets. They sure come in handy when I need inspiration for what to cook. 💖
Hi Jeanne, thanks for such the positive and kind review! And thank you for the tip to not overmix the meat!
