How to Make this Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Step 1: Prepare cauliflower

After you wash and cut your cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, spray your air fryer basket with oil.

NOTE: Remember to not use an aerosol spray, because this may damage your air fryer. Read more air fryer mistakes you want to avoid. I love using this oil sprayer because it is healthier and better for the air fryer.

Step 2: Air fry cauliflower

Throw your cauliflower into the air fryer basket in a single layer, and spray the cauliflower florets with more oil. Then air fry the cauliflower at 400°F or 200°C for 7 minutes.

Step 3: Make buffalo sauce

While the cauliflower is cooking you can make the buffalo sauce mixture.

In a bowl, toss together the melted butter, buffalo sauce, and salt and pepper to taste and whisk until its all completely combined.

Step 4: Season cauliflower

After the cauliflower cooks for 7 minutes, place the cauliflower in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the butter and buffalo mixture throughout and stir together.

Add the cauliflower back to the air fryer and bake for an additional 7-8 minutes at 400°F or 200°C degrees until the cauliflower wings are crisp.

Important Tips

The most important thing you need to look out for is the cooking time. Like all air fryer recipes, the cooking time varies depending on the make and model of your air fryer. That being said, keep an eye on your cauliflower, pull it out when its cooked to your likeness!

If you want your cauliflower to be more crispy, spray the cauliflower with a little more oil and let it cook for an extra minute or two. You can do this before or after you add the buffalo mix.
