Cauliflower has some amazing health benefits. It’s an anti-inflammatory, is rich in antioxidants (which is great for brain and heart health), it’s a great source of (among other things) Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and beta-carotene. It’s also a great aid to support healthy digestion and natural detoxification.
