• Make a Plan B, and Plan C. If your son’s favorite video game is backordered, what would be a good alternative? If you can’t find canned pumpkin for you Thanksgiving dinner, maybe try a new cake recipe instead. Being flexible can save you a lot of grief and frustration.
• Think about purchasing gifts from local artisans, crafters, and manufacturers. Avoid shipping delays all together by buying locally.
