Quick Buffalo Chicken Wrap Recipe
Delicious Buffalo Chicken Wraps in 30 minutes or Less!
These buffalo chicken wraps are a meal that almost anyone can enjoy. The men love the yummy buffalo chicken and the women love how simple and easy it is to prepare. But really, they taste great and are really easy to make. Perfect for an easy dinner! Add this chicken tender wrap recipe to your menu and you won’t be disappointed.
Ingredients
I often use a bagged romaine salad in place of the chopped romaine lettuce and grated carrot. This just saves me a step and makes this recipe even easier and quicker! It would be awesome though if I grew some lettuce, carrot, and tomato in my garden and used the fresh stuff in this recipe. How cool would that be?
I don’t usually have blue cheese dressing around, so I like to use Ranch dressing instead and we like it this way. I’m sure these buffalo chicken wraps are great with the other dressing too though.
Another way to make this recipe even easier is to use frozen breaded chicken tenders. Nearly any type will do. Heck, you could probably use chicken nuggets in there and it would still taste awesome. I have a frozen panko breaded chicken tenderloin that I like to use.
If you’re using frozen chicken tenders, just cook them according to the instructions on the package. It usually doesn’t take longer than 25 minutes to bake. After cooking them, I slice some of the wide pieces into thinner strips so they fit into the wrap better.
Assembling Your Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Toward the end of the chicken cooking time, you can start whisking together the simple buffalo sauce. Then, toss the cooked chicken in the sauce. Wrap the coated chicken and salad mix all together in a warmed tortilla. A flavorful and healthy dinner is served!

Quick Buffalo Chicken Wrap Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds frozen breaded chicken breast tenders
- ⅓ cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 romaine lettuce heart chopped
- 1 mato chopped
- 1 carrot grated
- ½ cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
Instructions
- Cook the chicken and slice into more narrow strips, if desired.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, brown sugar, and cider vinegar. Add the prepared chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
- In a separate large bowl, toss the chopped romaine, tomato, and grated carrot with the Ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Microwave the tortillas until hot, about 30 seconds. Roll up chicken and salad inside hot tortillas. Serve.
