20 Keto Dessert Recipes – Low Carb High Fat

Just because you’re doing the Keto lifestyle, doesn’t mean you’re banned from anything sweet for the rest of your life. I started the Keto Diet (aka Keto Lifestyle) in January and have loved it! Here are my Keto Diet tips for beginners. There is hope… you aren’t destined to a life of savory fatty foods. You CAN have some sweet in your life! BUT… keep reading for my warning…

I’d go at least a month or two of STRICT Keto before you start introducing sweet things into your life. If you’re a sugar addict like me, then you’ll be most successful if you completely get off the sweet stuff before you let these substitutes in your life. I have found some amazing Stevia on Amazon that has no aftertaste and is actually sweeter than sugar.  When I first introduced this into my life, my cravings spiked up again. So listen to your body. Avoid things that are going to trigger cravings and make you lose control! This is the sugar substitute I use… no carbs, no after taste, and a natural 1:1 sugar replacement!

Maple Fudge by My PCOS Kitchen – make sure you use some fabulous maple flavoring! I’ve heard great things about this brand.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs by Paleo Mom Noms… based on the reviews, I’m certain I should whip up a batch, but then freeze them individually or I’ll eat the whole pan! 😀 These are coming in at 2 net carbs per ball (the recipe makes 20).

Strawberry Fluff Dessert by Low Carb Yum! This would make a fun Valentine’s Day dessert! Coming in at 3 net carbs!

Caramel Cheesecake by My PCOS Kitchen – hard to believe that this is around 5 net carbs!

Peanut Butter Cookies by Savory Tooth – flourless and 2 net carbs per cookie! Just four ingredients too!

Lemon Poke Cake by Beauty and the Foodie (cute name!) – 4 net carbs!

Keto Cheesecake by Wholesome Yum – she says you can prep this in 10 minutes! HELLO easy! And 3 net carbs!

Chocolate Mug Cake by Wholesome Yum is ready in 2 minutes using just 6 ingredients! 4 net carbs!

Lava Cake for 1 by Low Carb Joy sounds delicious and is only 2.2 net carbs!


Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies by Seasonally Creations… she had me at Chocolate and Peanut Butter (my weakness!)

Lemon Pound Cake by my fellow money saving blogger Jennifer at I Save A to Z yields 3.1 net carbs!

Chocolate Silk Pie from Ruled.me  – a little more detailed, but good reviews in the comments!

Cinnamon Roll Cake by Cast Iron Keto has 4 net carbs. This one calls for Zucchini, so you might want to wait until summer… YUM!

Easy Blueberry Cobbler another great one by Low Carb Yum! 6 net carbs per serving!

Creme Brulee by My Sweet Keto looks HEAVENLY! 3.9 net carbs and just 5 ingredients! I like it!
