We LOVE LOVE tacos—in all shapes, sizes, shells, and spice levels! 🌮 If you do too, you’re in the right place. Below you’ll find the most up-to-date National Taco Day deals for 2026, clearly labeled and linked to the official brand pages so you can verify before you go. A quick bit of context: tacos trace their roots to Mexico (where Día del Taco is celebrated March 31), but the U.S. holiday grew out of brand and community promotions. In 2024, National Taco Day moved from October 4 to the first Tuesday in October so it always lands on Taco Tuesday—which means for 2026, it’s Tuesday, October 6. (See the National Day Calendar listing for reference.)

Last updated: October 2, 2026 • National Taco Day is Tuesday, October 6, 2026 (first Tuesday in October).
