Fish Tacos

It is time to use up what is left from your Cinco de Mayo stockpile! If you do not have guacamole in your fridge or freezer but have some avocados try my guacamole recipe.

I pulled this Tilapia out of the freezer, and baked it in the oven. I got it a while back at Fred Meyer with coupons. White fish tends to be best for fish tacos. Do you have any in your freezer?

Add a little lettuce.

Voila! Yummy fish tacos that use up your stockpile!

Great minds think alike! I did this on Friday and it was really good! I had picked up my fish on one of the $5 friday deals at Safeway.
