20 Easy Keto Breakfast Recipes (Low Carb High Fat)
If you’ve started eating Keto as I have, then you know that breakfast options do NOT involve pancakes, cereal, or even oatmeal! BUT just because you’re doing Keto, doesn’t mean you’re destined to a breakfast of fried eggs and bacon. There are a LOT of other options!
Here is a list of 20 easy Keto Breakfast Recipes that will add some variety to the start of your day! And I’ve recently found a yummy SUGAR FREE Syrup that I’ll be using with some of these recipes too!
One other reason that I love doing Keto is that since my body is fueled by fat, I’m not as hungry as often as I was when I used carbs as my source of fuel. So there are many mornings each week that I don’t even eat breakfast and I have eggs and avocado for lunch instead!
20 Keto Breakfast Ideas
These are all great Keto breakfast options. I also LOVE these Keto taco bites that we’ve had for dinner… but would also work for breakfast… just use sausage and bacon instead!
1. Tex Mex Breakfast Egg Muffins
Don’t let the presentation of this recipe throw you off. Although it looks fancy (it’s like a breakfast cake), it’s actually really easy to make.
2. Keto Bagels
These keto bagels are a little more labor intensive than I’m up for… but if you’re missing bagels, this could be the recipe you need! They should take about 35 minutes or less to make.
3. Keto Waffles
These almond flour waffles use the same trick we use in our Best Waffle Recipe to help them be light and fluffy! I’m excited to try these! I’m going to use this syrup!
4. Keto Golden Pancakes
These keto golden pancakes are so thin they look more like crepes to me! I’ll admit they look extremely delicious though.
5. Broccoli Cheddar Muffins
These broccoli cheddar muffins are a bit different than your usual muffins. They really low in carbs and they’re filling too, making them perfect for breakfast!
