20 Keto Breakfast Recipes

If you’ve started eating Keto like I have, then you know that breakfast options do NOT involve pancakes, cereal, or even oatmeal! BUT just because you’re doing Keto, doesn’t mean you’re destined to a breakfast of fried eggs and bacon. There are a LOT of options! Here is a list of 20 Keto Breakfast Recipes that will add some variety to the start of your day! And I’ve recently found a yummy SUGAR FREE Syrup that I’ll be using with some of these recipes too!

One other reason that I love doing Keto is that since my body is fueled by fat, I’m not as hungry as often as I was when I used carbs as my source of fuel. So there are many mornings each week that I don’t even eat breakfast and I have eggs and avocado for lunch instead! These are all great Keto breakfast options. I also LOVE these Keto taco bites that we’ve had for dinner… but would also work for breakfast… just use sausage and bacon instead!


20 Keto Breakfast Recipes

Tex Mex Breakfast Egg Muffins – this is definately a fun way to eat your eggs and bacon!

Keto Bagels – a little more labor intensive than I’m up for… but if you’re missing bagels, this could be the recipe you need!


Almond Flour Waffles – she uses the same trick we have in our Best Waffle Recipe to help it be light and fluffy! I’m excited to try these! I’m going to use this syrup!

Keto Golden Pancakes – These look more like crepes to me!

Broccoli Cheddar Muffins – Here’s a different twist on muffins!

Keto 90 Second French Toast recipe – I love this quick and easy single serving option! And it’ll be extra yummy with this sugar free syrup!

Biscuits with Bacon and Cheddar – great reviews on these… I think I need to add them to my baking day!
