Freezer Meal Recipes: Easy Rhodes Rolls Mini Pizzas
My kids are huge pizza fans. H U G E. So when I started making these little mini pizza’s with Rhodes Rolls, they were beyond thrilled. I had a smile on my face too, because these were so darn easy!
The only planning ahead is pulling the Rhodes Rolls out at least 4 hours before you want to use them. I’m calling this a freezer meal because you can cook up your meat ahead of time (when I freeze ground beef that’s cooked, I make sure to have it seasoned well and often times throw some diced tomatoes in it as well).
Once your rolls have thawed (just follow package directions for this), just smash each roll out until it’s at the desired thickness and shape. Kids LOVE to help with this part!
I like to put EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) on the pan and get some on both sides. I love sprinking some garlic salt on the dough too… I just love that flavor! Now, my kids are fans of cheese pizza only, so the only other thing I can sneak by is getting some hamburger meat and tomaotes on the pizzas.
Bake them at 375 for about 15 minutes and then enjoy! My oven is older, so you may want to test yours out (may need less time and/or a higher temp).
