Low Carb and Keto Recipes

You just might love this Keto Chicken Recipe that has bacon in it! For many people, a very low-carb diet can turn the body into a fat-burning machine! Foods that are naturally low in carbs are fish and seafood, cheese, eggs, meat, natural fats, and vegetables that grow above ground. Avoid foods that are full of sugar and starch.
