Keto Instant Pot Recipes {High Fat & Low Carb}

Ever since I started the Keto (high fat/low carb) diet (I prefer to call it Keto Lifestyle) I’ve been enjoying finding new recipes that fit my new way of life. I’m also a LOVER of the Instant Pot… in fact, I own TWO of them (you can find recent instant pot deals here)! So naturally I’ve been on the hunt for some Keto Instant Pot recipes! These Keto recipes are perfect for your Instant Pot, and can get dinner on the table in a fraction of the time!

20 Instant Pot Keto Recipes that I think your family will enjoy!

This Low Carb Coconut Porridge from Low Carb Yum surprised me when I first saw it… I thought oatmeal and porridge type things were too grainy for the Keto lifestyle, but the fiber is nice and high so this dish is just 5 net carbs and looks delicious!

 

I LOVE getting Pork Chops from Zaycon Fresh… so this Boneless Pork Chops recipe is going to be perfect for my menu plan!

 

You can never go wrong with a hearty bowl of  Vegetable Soup! Make an extra big batch and you can enjoy leftovers for lunch all week long!

Beef Stroganoff is a favorite in my house! We used to serve it over rice or potatoes, but now we serve it over Cauliflower Rice

 

Lemon and Garlic Chicken Legs – now I have to admit that I’m just a chicken breast kinda girl… I haven’t been able to swallow the whole chicken leg thing yet, but I am sure this is an easy one to modify! I love to save a  TON of money on boneless skinless chicken breasts from HERE.

General Tso’s Shredded ChickenGeneral Tso’s Shredded Chicken

General Tso’s Shredded Chicken – looks VERY authentic… just make sure you omit the honey that is an optional addition to this recipe to keep your carb count low! 

 

Not gonna lie… Brisket is one of my favorite things in the world. I love me some good brisket!  This Easy Brisket recipe looks nice! Just make sure you don’t sugar it up with BBQ sauce, unless you can find a tasty low carb BBQ sauce option (please share in the comments if you know of one!)

Instant Pot Creamy Chicken Bacon and Cheese – this one IS delicious and easy and will be a family favorite! Don’t be afraid of the Xanthan Gum by the way, it’s a gluten free way to thicken your food w/ out the starches!

 

This Italian Beef recipe looks easy and tasty! Just don’t include the bread you see in the pic above! 🙂

Buffalo Chicken Soup is definately going to be stepping outside of my comfort zone, but it looks good… I’ll modify and just decrease the amount of buffalo sauce I add in!

 

This is one that I’m super excited to try…. Instant Pot Meatballs!! She even has a recipe for low carb marinara sauce, OR if you’re in a hurry (but don’t mind paying for it), you can try some Rao’s Marinara Sauce (they also sell it at Whole Foods).

 

Cabbage Soup – I actually REALLY like cabbage and am excited to try this soup… I love cooked cabbage and the texture of it!

 

 

 

Chicken with Mushroom Gravy looks delicious and easy!!

 

And I’m really excited to try out Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes – got to keep this on hand for Thanksgiving too!

 

Mexican Chicken Soup – YUM! Another one to make a big batch of and save for lunch time leftovers!

 

Chicken Parm Spaghetti Squash – oh my yum does this look heavenly! You can bet we’re planting spaghetti squash at my house this year!

 

Keto Chili – a whole pot of deliciousness sans the high carb beans!

 

Instant Pot Spare Ribs – another one of my favorite meats… again, lmk what low carb BBQ sauce you love! I’m needing one (does it exist!??!)

 

No Noodle Lasagna – great option for no noodles! Just make sure you have some low sugar sauce!

 

Balsamic Beef LOVE ME some balsamic anything!!! This one looks delicious!
