Another question I have been asked before is what the different settings on the air fryer mean. Air fryer makes and models are different. I have a Cosori 5.8qt Air Fryer (the Pro II). What is the difference between the air fry and roast buttons on an air fryer?
From my understanding, the roast button is like a preset button. Its a button to help simplify your life. You can press the roast button and you will be given a temperature and time to cook the food at. While it may not exactly “roast” the food, it does change the temp and time of the air fryer so that it is like you are roasting.
