AIR FRYER CANDIED NUTS RECIPE 

By making your own candied nuts, you get save money and know exactly what goes in your candied nuts. If you’re on Keto or low-carb, consider using Keto-friendly alternatives to sugar, such as monkfruit sweetener. These are great for snacking, serving to guests, gifting, and adding to salads and desserts. Aside from your ingredients, you’ll need silicone spatulas, heatproof bowls, and an oil sprayer.

Ingredients:

2 cups raw mixed nuts (Stacy used pecans, walnuts, and cashews)

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup avocado oil

Method:

Preheat your air fryer to 320 degrees Fahrenheit while you make the recipe. Put mixed nuts in a bowl. In another bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the avocado oil over the nuts and mix to coat all, then add the sugar mixture and mix till well coated. Spray your air fryer basket and pour in nuts, spread into a single layer. Fry at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes, stir after 4 mins, and  check at 8 mins. Add another minute or 2 if needed to get a golden toast. Allow to cool completely. Store in container for up to 2 weeks.
