This is a Hot Fudge Sauce that you cook in your MICROWAVE! Seriously. I had ALL the ingredients in my pantry, and it was ready in less than 5 minutes! I’ve been enjoying it on vanilla Ice Cream.
So easy, so fast, and SUPER GOOD!!! I just had to share with you. Cathy originally shared this microwave hot fudge recipe in 2009, so I thought it would be fun to take some new pictures and share it again. Cathy loves this recipe so much that recently she had her sister bring hot fudge to a party and she sent her a link to this chocolate sauce recipe and insisted that she make this and nothing else if she was bringing hot fudge.

I like to make hot chocolate with any left over hot fudge sauce by adding it to milk and warming it in the microwave. Yummy.

I made this last night for our treat for Academy Awards night. I used 70% cocoa dark chocolate chips so it was a health food. Then I used ice cream with vanilla beans, so that was the vegetable. What a healthy treat!
