Can you believe it is August?   Time to finish up that school shopping, but also to stock up on stationary and office supplies for the rest of the year.  I also like to buy extra art supplies for rainy days (we have a lot in Oregon) or birthday party gifts.  What do you buy extra school supplies for?

    I am a teacher who is not teaching at the moment, so I buy extra school supplies to send to my friend’s family that are teachers in the Phillipines. They are so grateful for anything they get and I love getting pictures of the kids holding their pens and pencils!
