Amazon Expands In-store Package Pickup!

Just in time for holiday shopping Amazon has announced it is adding “thousands” of locations for its Counter package pickup service at GNC, Health Mart and Stage Stores. Amazon kicked off the program in the U.S. in June, with a partnership with Rite-Aid. (I recently picked up an Amazon order from Rite Aid and to my surprise scored an awesome in store coupon -see below). These new network of pickup points making picking up your packages fast, flexible and convenient.

Amazon In store pick up locations –

• Ensure your valuable holiday packages remain secure if you are unable to accept delivery during the day
• Amazon is expected to continue to roll out additional package pickup locations in the United States throughout this year and 2020.
• The centralized pickup points help Amazon accomplish its goal of reducing its core Prime free shipping benefit from a two-day turnaround to a one-day offering.
