I love easy and simple dinner ideas for a couple of reasons. First, it is usually inexpensive. Second, I’m not spending the entire evening in the kitchen. Third, I can easily adapt the recipe. This simple lasagna cup recipe that I will be sharing with you hits all of these marks!

This recipe is perfect if you have leftover meat or ricotta cheese that you need to use up. If not, here are the 5 or so ingredients that you will need to make this easy and simple air fryer dinner recipe.
- 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Roll Dough
- 1/2 pound ground turkey/beef
- 1 cup pasta sauce or marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese.
- 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese or Italian blend cheese

This recipe comes together so easily, especially if you are using leftovers. To make lasagna cups, first cook the ground beef or turkey. Once the ground meat is cooked, stir in the pasta sauce and garlic powder until it comes to a simmer.

- Unroll the Crescent Roll Dough.
- Lightly spray each ramekin with avocado oil.
- Fill the ramekin with 1 triangle of crescent dough.
- Layer the dough with cheese, meat sauce, then more cheese.
Option #4: Make a lasagna bomb
- Unroll the Crescent Roll Dough.
- Fill each triangle crescent dough cheese and meat sauce.
- Close the crescent roll dough tight.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the lasagna bombs inside.
How long to cook lasagna cups in the air fryer
Once you have assembled the lasagna cups, place the cups in the air fryer basket. The overall cooking time will be similar for each of the methods. However, because the size of each of the options is different, you may need to adjust the cooking time. Just keep an eye on your food and make changes as needed.
Cook the lasagna cups in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius, or until done.
When are lasagna cups done?
The lasagna cups will be done when the dough is a nice golden brown, and the cheese is melted. Because the meat has already been cooked, you just want to make sure the dough is cooked.
