  • 1/2 pound ground turkey/beef
  • 1 cup pasta sauce or marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese.
  • 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese or Italian blend cheese
