Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bread

If you need a quick, keto friendly snack, I got you! Let me introduce you to my very favorite Garlic Cheese Bread in the air fryer. This recipe is fantastic because it only takes about 15 minutes to have a tasty and garlicy treat ready to eat. You will also love this air fryer recipe because you finally get to use some of your air fryer accessories that you don’t use that often. This one is super fun and will be a hit in your home!

What You Need to Make Keto Garlic Bread

The ingredients are so simple for this keto recipe. If you are already living a keto lifestyle, then I guarantee you already have everything you need.  For keto air fryer cheesy bread, you need:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan (NOT the stuff in the green can) + 1 Tbsp more for topping
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley for garnish, optional

I love that this recipe is cheese based. Its such a great source of protein, which makes it keto and low carb friendly.

How to Cook Garlic Bread in the Air Fryer

As I mentioned above, you get to use some rarely used air fryer accessories for this recipe. You will need your air fryer pizza pan and air fryer dish clip.

First, preheat your air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes. Then, in a bowl mix together the ingredients. Next, grab your pizza pan, spray it with an oil of your choice, then place the cheese and egg mixture inside the pan and spread it out.

Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for 3 minutes. Take it out of the air fryer basket using your air fryer dish clip. Let it cool in the pan for 2 minutes, then flip the bread over in the pan carefully, with a spatula or silicone turner. Spread out the bread again, if needed.

Put the pizza dish back in fryer for another 2-3 mins till top is golden, rotating as needed each minute. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese, then fry for 2 more minutes minutes at 350°F till the top is melted the way you want it. Top with parsley.

Carefully take the pan out of the air fryer with the clips then let the bread cool for several minutes before taking it out of the pan. Enjoy and serve with sour cream!

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • cup grated parmesan NOT the stuff in the green can + 1 Tbsp more for topping
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer at 350°F at least 5 minutes while you put the recipe together
  • Spray a 6" pizza pan with avocado oil
  • Mix all ingredients together, and spread into the pan
  • Place in air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 3 minutes, checking after 2 minutes for top to get well golden browned, rotating pan as needed to be evenly browned.
  • Take it out and cool in the pan for 2 minutes while you let air fryer stay at 350 heating.
  • Flip it over in the pan carefully, with a spatula or silicone turner. Put back in fryer for another 2-3 mins till top is golden, rotating as needed each minute.
  • Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese, then fry for about 2 more minutes at 350°F till the top is melted the way you want it. Top with parsley.
  • Cool in pan several minutes, then serve from the pan or transfer to a plate. As it sits it cools more and become more bread like.
